Bob Ansett

I was lucky to hear Bob Ansett speak way back in the middle 90's when I was a Director of a recruitment company. Bob's story is very well known one. Bob built budget rent a car in Australia.

Bob is an expert on customer service. I read his autobiography and really enjoyed his life story.
