The biggest mistake people make when planning a conference is they use either an internal Master of Ceremonies or a non professional Master of Ceremonies.

If I can say one thing to anyone planning a conference it is this. Please utilise the services of a professional Master of Cermonies. You could have the best line up of speakers and entertainment lined up and yet the emcee could absolutely ruin the entire evening.

A professional Master of Ceremonies knows how to keep an event moving and is able to think on their feet when curveballs are sent their way.
